Alas, this only seems to be partially fixing the bug for me. It gets the exception notifier message to cease, but still leaves me finding processes locked at 100% where the log file shows their last action had been the illegal seek error. Subjectively, it seems to happen less after applying the patch, but still usually happens at least once per day (amongst somewhere around 10-20k image uploads per day). Any other tips?
